OPI has teamed up with Mariah Carey to create a range of eight stunning nail lacquers. Four of the shades feature the brand's new Liquid Sand technology: they have a 3D finish and pebbly texture. Beautiful colors and a lot of glitter. The colors will go on sale in January. xo Rose
